The BBQ is only for kosher food.

– The fireplace is gas. It will be turned off April 1 to October 1
– Please do not put paper, real wood, marshmallows, etc into the fireplace.

The owner of the property is not responsible for the safety of the guests in the pool. During the stay the pool is the sole responsibility of the guests and you should be careful

– We have one external camera on the front porch pointing to the parking area. This is mainly to monitor the external safety of our property.
– Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Guests should continue to use common sense safety practices such as closing and locking doors behind themselves
– There are no cameras inside the cabin, in any private areas, hot tubs, or pointing at swimming pool

You can get a refund only if you cancel 25 business days before arrival

 

– As with all travel during the COVID times – travel insurance is highly recommended if illness (or life in general) interfering with your travel plans would be a big financial setback
